Intermediate Knife Defence

In this Masterclass we will be looking primarily at direct stabs from the front.

These can be more problematic than ‘circular’ knife attacks, as they are coming straight at you making it more difficult to judge the distance and timing.

We will look at different strategies for these direct strikes from different ranges, moving to control and disarm.
