The session is held in the studio on the bottom floor, reception will point you in the right direction!

CLASS TYPES

The classes below are available to all levels from absolute beginners to advanced. There will be elements where everyone works together, and others where students will be separated into their grade groups.

Open Class: A class with all grades in it, combining training from different instructors in the skills, scenarios and weapons of Krav Maga

FAQ’S

What age are the classes for?

Classes are for age 16+. Children’s class are from age 8+, information on the junior classes can be found here.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just some water to keep you hydrated, we can provide all necessary gear.

What do I wear?

Loose, comfortable clothes and trainers.
